Right of withdrawal

Exchange and return

This right of return applies to the following countries: US, UK, AU, CA, NZ, & EU

Our right of return is valid for 30 days. After 30 days of receipt of your order, an exchange or return is unfortunately no longer possible.

You can return your items 30 days after receiving your order if you have received defective or damaged items, or if you have received the wrong size or color, your item does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, the item must still be in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

- Gift vouchers

Do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given or a refund will be refused.

- Any item that is not in its original condition.
- Any item that is missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund

Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited to your account using the payment method you used for your purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.

Exchange

The best way to exchange your item is to return it and place a new order for the desired item. If you wish to exchange the item, please send us an e-mail to support@theloreno.com


You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are expected to return the item with a trackable shipping service or insurance. The sender is always responsible for shipping and we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Depending on where you live, it may take varying amounts of time for the exchanged item to reach you.
